Here's how we'd run both days. Times are a starting point, so tell us what works around your team's schedule and we'll shape it to fit.
Who's in the room
You don't need everyone for all of it. If it's easier, have people drop in for the block that's theirs and get back to work. We'll send a block by block list once times are locked.
Day one
Property tax reduction, Texas, 2027
Leave withthe message everything else gets built on.
Leave withwhere traffic converts, where it dies, and what 2026 actually bought.
Leave withone number the whole room agrees on.
Leave withthe pricing position and the proof it needs to hold.
Leave withthe direction for the homepage rebuild.
Leave withthe reactivation play and the referral program.
Leave withthe shape of next year and what we owe you.
Day two
Lowering operating cost and removing the ceiling on scale
Leave withthe target for the day.
Leave witha map of where the time really goes.
Leave withthe ceiling on growth, in dollars.
Leave witha real sense of what AI can take off their plate.
Leave witha call on each system.
Leave withthe sequence across 90 days, six months and a year.
Before we get there
We do the analysis before we land, so the day is decisions and not discovery
Platform access, please, by Monday September 15
These four are the ones that matter most, and they're the ones that take the longest to get approved internally, so we'd rather start them now. A week gives us time to actually work the data instead of opening it for the first time in the room.
After the two days
About two weeks later we come back with both blueprints written up and walk you through them. The growth plan and the AI plan are separate documents, and they're yours either way.
What each one includes is on the outline: five-stone-blueprints.pages.dev
