Business Builders Five Stone Tax  ·  Agenda
Blueprint Days Sept 22 and 23, 2026 Five Stone offices, Austin

Two days,
two blueprints.

Here's how we'd run both days. Times are a starting point, so tell us what works around your team's schedule and we'll shape it to fit.

Who's in the room

The people we need

From Business Builders

  • Tuesday: Jay, Chris, and Autumn
  • Wednesday: Jay

From Five Stone

  • Tuesday: JP, Brian, and Danielle, plus whoever owns the website and the registration flow.
  • Wednesday: the people who actually run the day to day processes, not just the people who manage them. Whoever is closest to the client portal and the internal tools should be there.

You don't need everyone for all of it. If it's easier, have people drop in for the block that's theirs and get back to work. We'll send a block by block list once times are locked.

Before we get there

Access first, then everything else

We do the analysis before we land, so the day is decisions and not discovery

Platform access, please, by Monday September 15

  • Google Analytics. Read access to the GA4 property behind fivestonetax.com.
  • HubSpot. Read access to the portal, including pipelines, lists, and the registration forms.
  • Google Ads. Read access to the eighteen year old account, whether or not it's running today.
  • Any other ad accounts. Meta, YouTube, programmatic, OTT, anything that has spent money in the last two years.

These four are the ones that matter most, and they're the ones that take the longest to get approved internally, so we'd rather start them now. A week gives us time to actually work the data instead of opening it for the first time in the room.

Documents for day one

  • 2026 campaign results: direct mail quantities, cost, and response
  • The registration funnel step by step, and any session recordings
  • Pricing history and how the 40% has been defended
  • Client base by county, tenure, retention, and referral source
  • Your market data set: protest rates and outcomes by county
  • The brand refresh outputs: brand guide, personas, messaging
  • Any competitive analysis you've already done

Documents for day two

  • Org chart and headcount by function
  • System inventory, including the client portal and the legacy tools
  • Your ten most time consuming recurring workflows, with rough hours
  • Current AI tool usage and the survey results you mentioned
  • Names of the two or three people closest to the work, so we can be sure they're in the room

After the two days

What you get and when

About two weeks later we come back with both blueprints written up and walk you through them. The growth plan and the AI plan are separate documents, and they're yours either way.

What each one includes is on the outline: five-stone-blueprints.pages.dev
